Die Trauben werden von Hand geerntet, die Weinherstellung erfolgt mit klassischen Weinbereitungstechniken und modernen, hochmodernen Ger\u00e4ten. Die Mazeration auf dem Stamm und die G\u00e4rung finden 20 Tage lang in Eichenholzk\u00fcbeln statt. W\u00e4hrend der G\u00e4rung sind alle Anstrengungen darauf gerichtet, die Extraktion der Aromen aller in der Mischung enthaltenen Rebsorten zu optimieren, um die einzigartige Struktur dieses Weins zu erhalten. Der Weinbereitungsprozess wird mit einer Reifung von 14 Monaten in 225-Liter-F\u00e4ssern fortgesetzt, gefolgt von einer langen Reifezeit von 2 Jahren in gro\u00dfen F\u00e4ssern aus Krasnodarer Eiche. Dies erm\u00f6glicht einen eleganten und ausgewogenen Wein.<\/span><\/p>\n
