Strugurii sunt recolta\u0163i manual \u015fi sunt desciorchina\u021bi, dup\u0103 care este aplicat\u0103 tehnica criomacer\u0103rii, ce const\u0103 \u00een men\u021binerea mustului \u00een contact cu bo\u0219tina timp de 24 de ore, la o temperatur\u0103 de 2\u00b0C. Dup\u0103 limpezire mustul este supus unei fermenta\u021bii alcoolice supravegheate, la o temperatur\u0103 controlat\u0103 de 12-14\u00b0C. Acest proces permite extragerea substan\u021belor aromatice din pieli\u021ba strugurilor, oferind vinului o arom\u0103 tipic\u0103. Maturarea are loc \u00een baricuri mici de 225l, timp de 4 luni. Vizual: limpede cristalin, galben pai auriu, cu reflexii verzui. Olfactiv: buchet intens, cu arome de trandafir, flori de salc\u00e2m \u0219i f\u00e2n proasp\u0103t cosit, completate cu nuan\u021be fine de vanilie.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gustativ: proasp\u0103t, gust intens \u0219i complex cu nuan\u021be de ananas \u0219i citrice, cu o aciditate echilibrat\u0103 \u0219i un post-gust mieros, elegant \u015fi prelung.<\/span><\/p>\n
