Prin acest cupaj, \u00eentre georgianul Saperavi \u0219i moldovenescul Codrinschii, am ob\u021binut un vin fructat, nematurat, de o intenstitate medie a culorii violete, ceea ce denot\u0103 tinere\u021bea acestui vin. Cu un alcool \u0219i tanini modera\u021bi, cu arome de mure coapte, alb\u0103strele, dulcea\u021b\u0103 de coac\u0103z\u0103 neagr\u0103. Este un vin ro\u0219u sec, cu o aciditate medie, corp mediu, cu un postgust mediu. Codrinschii este o \u00eencruci\u0219are a 2 soiuri: Rara Neagr\u0103 \u0219i Cabernet Sauvginon, ob\u021binut\u0103 \u00een anul 1970, la Institutul Vinului \u0219i a Vi\u021bei de Vie a Republicii Sovietice Moldovene\u0219ti. Vin\u0103ria ATU este prima \u0219i unica care produce vin din soiul moldovenesc Codrinschii.<\/p>\n
