Crama Mircești Feteasca Neagră Saperavi

A dry red wine, a blend of two exceptional grape varieties. The native Fetească Neagră is the dominant variety in this wine, making up 70%, complemented by the Georgian Saperavi variety with 30%. The wine has an intense red color. Intense aromas of blueberries, black cherries, black pepper, vanilla, with a full-bodied and highly spiced taste. The grapes were harvested from the vineyards in the village of Mircești, in central Moldova, at an altitude of 300 m. The blend was aged for 12 months in oak barrels and kept in bottles before being sold. It pairs well with beef, grilled lamb, pork goulash, or chocolate mousse. It is recommended to decant the wine before serving.
