Poiana Spumant Brut

An elegant sparkling wine made from carefully selected Fetească Albă and Fetească Regală grapes. Produced using the Charmat method, with a second fermentation lasting 45 days in stainless steel tanks. It features notes of citrus, green fruit, and a pale greenish-yellow color. The acidity is lively and well-balanced. Excellent as an aperitif and pairs well with seafood dishes and fine cheeses. Best served chilled, at 6–8°C.
