Description
A complex and refined wine, deep red in color with violet hues. It offers aromas of dark fruits, black pepper, cedarwood, and chocolate. The velvety, dense texture leaves a pleasant impression of fruits and spices. The finish is long-lasting with subtle notes of vanilla.
The grapes were hand-harvested from the Romanovca vineyard in the Tigheci wine microzone, Leova district.
Vinification: 10 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 25˚C and 30˚C.
Aging: 8 months in French and American oak barrels.
