Gitana Reserve Rara Neagră

Olfactory: aroma with shades of red forest fruits with strawberry nuances, with citrus notes

Tasty: intense and complex taste, with lactic notes following malolactic fermentation in wood, but also of well-marked dried fruits. Dry red wine, from the Rara Neagră grape variety, harvested and selected manually. The grapes are harvested manually, and the maceration takes place in open wooden vessels without controlling the temperature, with the help of indigenous yeasts. After maceration, the wine is stored in large oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and maturation for 2 years.
