The grapes were carefully selected and harvested. Short maceration, under controlled temperature conditions. Fermentation lasted 10 days under the close supervision of the winemaker. The young wine was then aged for 4 months on lees after fermentation. It has a rosé color and intense aromas of wild red berries and strawberries. On the palate, it offers a fresh, lively acidity and a well-balanced profile.
